It can be from ordering groceries prior arrival to booking ‘hard to get in” restaurants, arranging a chauffeur, organising private Yoga lesson on site, renting a yacht, daily cleaning…….No limit !
The minima will be to make sure that bed linen and towels are set up in the villa, management for the final cleaning on departure , cleaning of bed linen and towels with replacement in the villa.
A daily local assistance is present, just a phone call away just to answer guests questions and concerns.
A local phone number and/or email is given to the travellers upon their arrival, with a large span of availability hours (24H – 7/7) , to make sure to provide a high quality service regarding the various needs of our guests and take care of them.
Our goal is to make your guests happy with their stay at your home !
Greetings hours offer a large amplitude (from 8 am to 10 pm everyday) to welcome your guests and hand them the keys after a full presentation of the villa or the apartment.
We take in consideration our guest travelling by plane and who might be subject to delays or others unplanned situations.
PMS Riviera will be reachable at any time for this kind of situations and will take all the necessary actions in order to greet the guests.
Then we will set up an appointment for the departure day with a full check of the premises, payment of various fees such as “final cleaning” or any other taxes.
We will then get the keys returned to us and , if no dammage are noted, we will give back the guarantee deposit if we detained it or tell the owner to do so if the latest has been holding the deposit.
In agreement with the owners, we put together an occupancy planning, we block desired weeks for a private occupancy and we offers the others for the rental.
Upon each confirmation of a booking, the planning is updated on the various websites and a mail is being send to the owner to confirm the rental of the property.
